About the Role

You will own end-to-end outbound lead generation—finding the right prospects, crafting persuasive outreach, and turning cold lists into warm conversations that convert into qualified meetings for the sales team.

What You’ll Do

Prospect Sourcing
  • Identify target accounts and buyer personas using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.

  • Build and enrich contact lists (emails, phone, firmographics, triggers).Verify data accuracy and maintain a clean lead database/CRM.

Outbound Copy & Sequence Creation
  • Write engaging, persona-specific cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts.Develop multi-touch sequences (email, social, phone, video) and iterate based on performance.

  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and value propositions.

Campaign Execution & Follow-Up
  • Launch and manage outbound cadences in tools such as Smartleads and HeyReach.

  • Monitor deliverability, handle inbox replies, and route qualified leads to the sales calendar.Conduct light discovery calls when needed to confirm fit and schedule meetings.

Data Management & Insight Sharing
  • Keep CRM records up to date with activities, contact statuses, and notes.Compile weekly insights on prospect responses, objections, and market signals.

  • Recommend new segments, hooks, and experiments to improve conversion rates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with Marketing for content assets, case studies, and persona guidelines.Sync with Sales on target lists, meeting hand-off process, and feedback loops.

  • Relay product/market feedback gathered from outbound conversations.

Requirements

What We’re Looking for:

  • 1–2 years in lead generation, SDR/BDR, or outbound marketing—preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.

  • Strong copywriting ability: produces clear, concise, and persuasive outreach in English.Hands-on experience with at least two outbound platforms (e.g., Smartleads, HeyReach, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot).

  • Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced Boolean search techniques.Familiarity with email deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, warm-up, bounce handling).

  • Excellent verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging prospects on calls.Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work against aggressive timelines in an office environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience running account-based or intent-driven outbound plays.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or no-code tools for data enrichment and workflow automation.

  • Prior exposure to U.S. or EU markets and time-zone alignment.
