About the Team
You’ll join the CEO’s office, a high-context, high-trust environment where priorities move fast and impact is immediate. The team operates across go-to-market, operations, and strategy supporting Beam’s growth and shaping how we scale. Working closely with the founder, you’ll gain exposure to every part of the business while playing a hands-on role in driving progress.
This role is a fit if you’re AI-native (you already use AI tools daily to supercharge your work), thrive in startup environments, and want a front-row seat to how a category-defining AI company is built.
Responsibilities
Prepare presentations and materials for customer meetings, investor updates, and internal strategy sessions.
Build clear, data-driven reports to guide decision-making.
Help maintain sales pipeline visibility and keep CRM data clean and up-to-date.
Support the CEO in high-priority projects ranging from customer interactions to operational execution.
Research markets, competitors, and potential opportunities to inform strategy.
Own day-to-day operational tasks that keep the CEO’s office running smoothly.
Organise customer dinners, offsites, or strategic meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a startup, scale-up, consulting, or similar environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with potential customers and senior stakeholders.
Analytical and structured mindset; you enjoy turning data into insights.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
AI-obsessed: you use AI tools daily and think creatively about how to apply them to your work.
Based in Berlin and available to work on-site full-time.
Nice to Have
Experience in go-to-market or business operations roles.
Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or executive support.
Fluency in German (not required, but a plus).
