Beam’s growth team is small, fast, and deeply integrated into product and founder thinking. We don’t run playbooks, we write them. Our work spans storytelling, automation, lead generation, and distribution experiments. If you like hacking growth systems, building brand relevance, and launching ideas that spread, this is the team for you.

About the Role

You own Beam’s marketing and growth engine, from first impressions to qualified interest. That means leading our narrative, running creative experiments, building audience, and designing systems that scale. You’ll work directly with the founding team and have wide room to operate, from scrappy tests to high-leverage brand moves.

Responsibilities

  • Beam’s growth strategy: You define the roadmap, drive execution, and track impact

  • Narrative and positioning: You shape how we talk about Beam and why people care

  • Top-of-Funnel demand: You generate high-intent leads through experiments, automation, and content

  • LinkedIn presence: You build and amplify thought leadership, especially founder-led, on social

  • Video as a growth channel: You drive production of short-form explainers, founder clips, and social-first formats

  • Use AI agents: You use plenty of them, to run outbound, referral, or brand loops

  • Modern metrics: You think beyond CAC, using share of voice, influence, and deal velocity as growth indicators

  • Cross-functional motion: You work with product, sales, and engineering to turn attention into revenue

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in growth or marketing

  • A growth leader who thrives on both strategy and hands-on execution

  • An AI-native tinkerer, you experiment with the newest tools and think in agents, prompts, and automation

  • Deeply fluent in modern B2B influence: LinkedIn, social loops, founder brand, video content

  • Biased toward action, you test quickly, learn openly, and optimize fast

  • Not afraid to build scrappy (you’ve used scraping tools, outbound automations, no-code workflows)

  • Comfortable defining what success looks like, even when metrics are new or fuzzy

Nice to Have

  • Experience growing a startup brand from early stages

  • Ability to create or collaborate on video content (lo-fi, high-context, fast-iteration)

  • Technical curiosity or light scripting/coding ability (Python, JS, Zapier, etc.)
