About the Role
As an AI Agent Solutions Engineer at Beam, you will be at the forefront of helping businesses leverage AI to solve their most pressing challenges. Using our no-code agentic workflow automation platform, you’ll design and develop AI-powered solutions that streamline operations and drive impact. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, craft tailored automation solutions, and ensure seamless adoption of our technology.

Responsibilities
Your work will involve both engineering excellence and close customer collaboration, bridging the gap between product and business strategy. The key responsibilities entail the following:
Engage with stakeholders across various levels of the customer’s business, from technical teams to executive leadership.
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess customer requirements and identify opportunities for automation with AI agents.
Deliver compelling, tailored presentations and demonstrations of AI agents, showcasing their business value and ability to drive operational efficiency.
Coordinate with customer teams to address implementation challenges, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with existing workflows.
Drive the successful integration of AI agents into customer environments by managing timelines, milestones, and resources, ensuring scalability and seamless operation.
Partner with product, engineering, and solutions teams to influence roadmap priorities based on customer insights and business needs, focusing on delivering impactful solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on automation best practices, helping customers maximize the value of their AI investments while identifying opportunities for deeper integration.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business and Technology Studies, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in program management or technical consultancy roles, such as Solutions Consultant, Implementation Specialist, or similar, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement and project delivery.
Experience in designing and delivering tailored SaaS solutions to meet the unique needs and business challenges of enterprise-level customers.
Ability to gather and analyze customer requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
Hands-on experience with no-code automation platforms to build and optimize AI-driven workflows, leveraging prompt engineering ****to develop impactful AI automations.
Proven experience facilitating discussions with enterprise clients, managing expectations, and ensuring successful delivery of outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for simplifying technical or complex ideas for diverse audiences.
Passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends in AI technologies and customer engagement strategies.
