Tally Zoho Survey responses and forward detractor comments to the team that can act, automating survey follow-up.
Survey Responses
Zoho Survey collects each respondent's answers to a published questionnaire. A Beam agent reads incoming responses as they land, applies the rule for that survey, and files structured answers into a record or notifies an owner, for example logging a satisfaction score against a customer. Complete, in-range responses are handled on their own. A response with contradictory answers, an open comment that needs interpretation, or a submission flagged as spam is routed to a person, so noisy or ambiguous data is checked before it feeds a report or a downstream customer record.
Question Logic
Zoho Survey supports skip logic and branching so respondents see questions based on earlier answers. A Beam agent reads which branch a respondent followed and the answers along it, then applies the rule tied to that path, for instance routing a low satisfaction branch to support. Responses following a defined branch are handled predictably. A response that took an unexpected path, a branch the rule does not cover, or logic that produced a gap in required answers is flagged for a person, so a survey change or an odd path does not quietly skew the results being acted on.
Response Reporting
Zoho Survey aggregates answers into reports showing distributions, trends and score summaries. A Beam agent reads these figures at set intervals, applies the rule, and shares a summary or alerts an owner when a metric moves past a threshold, such as satisfaction dropping across a period. Reports inside normal ranges are circulated as routine. A sharp shift, a response count too low to trust, or figures that conflict with another source are flagged for a person to interpret, since a moving number usually needs context before anyone acts on it.
