Scrum Board

Zoho Sprints shows work as cards moving across a scrum board from backlog to done. A Beam agent reads card status, owner and sprint, and when a card changes column or stalls, applies the rule, nudging the owner, updating a linked ticket, or posting a status note. Cards flowing normally through the board need no help. A card stuck in progress past its estimate, one with no owner, or a blocker raised on the board is escalated to the scrum master, so the team addresses impediments rather than the agent silently reshuffling the board.

Backlog and Sprints

The Zoho Sprints backlog holds prioritized items that get pulled into fixed-length sprints. A Beam agent reads backlog priority and sprint assignments, applies the account's rule, and keeps connected trackers current, for example updating a roadmap when an item enters a sprint. Items following the planned order are handled without fuss. An item lacking an estimate, a story pulled in without meeting the team's readiness rule, or a scope change mid-sprint is raised for the product owner, so planning decisions stay with the team instead of an automatic reprioritization.

Agile Reports

Zoho Sprints produces burndown charts, velocity and other agile reports from sprint activity. A Beam agent reads these report figures at set points, applies the rule, and summarizes progress or notifies leads when a metric crosses a threshold, such as a burndown falling behind. Reports within expected bounds are shared as routine updates. A velocity drop, a burndown signaling the sprint will miss its goal, or figures that look inconsistent with the board are flagged for the scrum master to interpret, since the reasons behind a number need human judgment.
