Preserve notes captured in Zoho Notebook and highlight cards that need follow-up, automating the upkeep of a shared knowledge base.
Note Cards
Zoho Notebook stores each note as a card holding text, checklists, images or audio inside a notebook. A Beam agent watches for new or edited cards, reads the content and any tags, then applies the account's rule, for instance copying an action item into a task tool or filing meeting notes under the right project. Cards that match a known pattern are handled on their own. When a card carries an unclear tag, conflicting edits from two people, or content the rule does not cover, the agent leaves it for a person to sort before anything downstream changes.
Cross-Device Sync
Notes written on one device appear on every other signed-in device, backed up in the cloud so nothing is lost. A Beam agent reads the current synced version of a note rather than a stale copy, checks it against the account's rule, and mirrors relevant changes outward, such as updating a shared record when a note is marked final. Version differences between devices are respected: the agent works from what the cloud holds. If two devices produce conflicting edits to the same note, the agent flags the clash for a person instead of picking a winner.
Notebook Organization
Cards live inside named notebooks that group related work, a client, a project, a research topic. A Beam agent reads which notebook a card belongs to and uses that placement as part of the rule, for example treating cards in a client notebook as candidates for a CRM entry. Correctly filed cards move through their routine without help. A card dropped in the wrong notebook, or a new notebook the rule has never seen, is raised for a person to classify, so nothing is misrouted on a bad assumption about where it sits.
