Scheduled report delivery

Zoho Analytics can distribute dashboards and tabular reports on a set cadence to named recipients. It then updates the delivery record or places the file at the agreed destination where the connector and account permissions allow it. When a report fails to generate, a recipient list looks wrong, or numbers land outside expected ranges, the agent hands the case to a person for a decision.

KPI threshold alerts

Metrics inside Zoho Analytics dashboards can be compared against target values. A Beam agent reads the latest figures for the KPIs you name, weighs them against the thresholds in your approved rule, and records which measures breached and by how much. It then writes an alert entry or messages the owning team through your connected channel. Sudden swings, missing source data, or a metric with no clear owner get passed to a human, who judges whether the movement reflects a real business change or a data fault before any wider message goes out to stakeholders.

Workspace data imports

Zoho Analytics workspaces load rows from files and connected sources into tables for analysis. A Beam agent begins on a schedule or an upload event, reads incoming rows against the workspace schema, and applies your approved rule for cleaning, mapping, and appending records. It updates the target table and notes how many rows loaded, changed, or were skipped. Rows that fail validation, duplicate existing keys, or arrive with an unexpected structure are set aside and handed to a person, so the analyst decides how to handle them rather than the agent guessing at intent.
