Gift recipients through Zest when a trigger fires and write the outcome back to your records, automating gifting work like chasing unclaimed gifts near expiry.
Gift sending
When a trigger fires, a closed deal, a signup, or a date your team chose, a Beam agent arranges a gift through Zest. It reads the recipient details and the occasion, applies your rules on gift type and spend limit, and places the order once everything checks out. The recipient and the internal owner are notified. Gifts above the approved amount, recipients with missing or questionable contact details, or requests that fall outside your policy are held for a person to approve, so spend stays controlled and no gift goes to the wrong place or the wrong person.
Recipient delivery status
After a gift is sent, a Beam agent follows its status in Zest and keeps your records current, reading updates as the recipient claims, accepts, or lets the gift lapse. It writes each change back to the linked contact or deal and notifies the owner at the points your rule names. Gifts that stall unclaimed past a window you set, bounce on a bad address, or show a delivery problem are flagged to a person to chase or reissue. Routine status changes update on their own, while the exceptions get a human before anything is resent.
Redemption updates
Zest gifts are only useful once redeemed, so a Beam agent keeps an eye on redemptions and reflects them where your team works. It reads which recipients have claimed their gift, records the outcome against the contact, and, per your rule, prompts a follow-up when someone redeems, a thank-you or a next step. Unredeemed gifts near expiry, or redemptions that do not match the recipient on record, are raised to a person instead of being closed automatically. That gives your team a clean view of what landed without losing track of the odd cases.
