Single email validation

Before an address is used, a Beam agent checks it through ZeroBounce in real time, when a form is submitted or a contact is added. It reads the validation result, valid, invalid, catch-all, or risky, and applies your rule: clean addresses save straight to your records, clearly bad ones are blocked. Borderline results, a catch-all domain or an unknown status, are not guessed. The agent tags those and routes them to a person to decide whether to keep, hold, or ask the contact to confirm, so questionable addresses never quietly enter your lists.

Bulk list cleaning

For an existing list, a Beam agent submits it to ZeroBounce in batches, reads back the per-address results, and updates each contact record with its status following your rules. Confirmed invalids are suppressed, valids stay active, and duplicates are removed. A summary of the run, how many passed and failed, goes to your team. Lists with an unusually high bad rate, results that look off, or contacts flagged as risky in bulk are surfaced for a person to review before you suppress or mail them, so a bad import does not wipe good contacts.

Deliverability scoring

ZeroBounce also grades how likely mail is to land in the inbox. A Beam agent reads the deliverability signals for an address or a batch, applies the thresholds your team set, and records a score against each contact so downstream sends can respect it. Contacts below the line are held back per your rule. Scores that drop sharply, a domain that suddenly looks risky, or patterns hinting at a deeper deliverability problem are escalated to a person, since those often point to sending reputation issues that a human, not the agent, should address.
