Stock level adjustments

Zenventory holds your inventory counts across locations. A Beam agent reads stock movements as they happen, receipts, sales, and returns, and adjusts the counts following the rules your team set. When numbers cross a threshold you defined, it records the change and notifies the right channel. Discrepancies that suggest a miscount, a negative balance, or a sudden unexplained drop are not corrected silently. The agent flags those to a warehouse manager with the supporting detail, so a person decides whether it is a real shortage, a scanning error, or something that needs a physical recount before anything is changed.

Order fulfillment

As orders arrive, a Beam agent reads each one in Zenventory and moves it along the fulfillment steps your team approved, allocating stock, generating pick lists, and marking status as work progresses. It writes shipment details back and notifies customers where your rules allow. Orders that cannot be filled from available stock, contain an address that fails a check, or carry a value above the limit you set are held for a human to handle. That keeps routine shipments flowing while anything unusual gets a person's attention before it goes out the door.

Low-stock reordering

When an item falls below its reorder point, Zenventory surfaces the shortage and a Beam agent acts on it. It reads current counts and sales pace, and drafts a purchase or replenishment following the supplier rules your team defined. For routine restocks within approved limits, it records the order and alerts purchasing. Larger orders, a new or unverified supplier, or a demand spike that breaks the usual pattern are routed to a person to approve first. The agent handles the predictable reorders and leaves the judgment calls, cost and timing, to your buyers.
