When someone buys or signs up for a course, a Beam agent picks up the new order and enrolls that student in the matching Zenler program. It reads the purchase details, checks them against the access rules your team defined, and grants the right course, membership tier, or bundle. Welcome material and confirmation notes go out automatically. If the payment status looks unclear, the email fails to map to a known learner, or the requested course does not exist, the agent holds the enrollment and passes it to a person on your team to sort out before access is granted.

Lesson progress updates

As students work through lessons, a Beam agent reads their completion status inside Zenler and keeps your other systems current. On a set schedule or when a module finishes, it records progress, marks certificates as earned once the rules are met, and messages learners who have stalled partway through. Reminder emails follow the cadence your team approved. Cases that need judgment, a learner disputing a completion, an unusual gap in activity, or a certificate request that does not match the recorded lessons, are handed to a person rather than resolved by the agent alone.

Campaign broadcasts

Zenler includes marketing tools for reaching your student and prospect lists. A Beam agent prepares an outreach run from a segment your team defines, reads contact and enrollment data to build the audience, and queues the message through Zenler once the content is approved. It records who received each send and adjusts list membership as people join or leave. Anything outside the approved rule, a new segment, a large one-off blast, or a message with unreviewed content, waits for a human sign-off before it goes out, so nothing unexpected reaches your audience.
