List cleaning

This works through an existing list and marks the addresses worth keeping. On the batch you point it at, the agent reads each address, checks it through Xverify, and updates the record with the status your rule maps: keep, suppress, or review. Contact data validation

This measures other contact details, like phone numbers or postal addresses, against the formats Xverify supports. When records enter your workflow, the agent reads the relevant fields, checks them where your account allows, and updates each with a pass, fail, or correction it is confident about. Fixed values and confirmed ones are logged. Fields that fail, or that Xverify cannot judge, are marked and passed to a person rather than dropped. The agent tidies the data it can stand behind and leaves genuinely doubtful records for your team, so nothing real is discarded by mistake.
