Guide students through Xperiencify courses, updating progress and firing rewards while a person handles anything touching paid access.
Student progress tracking
This records how far each learner has moved through an Xperiencify course. As students finish lessons, a Beam agent reads the completion events, updates their progress in your connected systems, and applies the rule you set for what each milestone triggers. Enrollments and unlocks that meet your conditions happen on their own and are logged. When progress data conflicts, such as a lesson marked done twice or out of order, the agent holds the update and flags it. Decisions about refunds, extensions, or manual unlocks stay with your team, since those affect what a student actually paid for.
Points and rewards
This handles the game mechanics that drive engagement, like points, badges, and level ups. When a learner earns a reward under the rules you approved, the agent reads the trigger, awards it in Xperiencify, and updates any linked record so the student sees it. Standard, in-rule awards fire on their own and are logged. Unusual cases, such as a points total that jumps impossibly or a reward that would grant paid access early, are held and routed to a person. The agent runs the everyday mechanics while leaving anything that changes entitlement for a human to confirm.
Engagement nudges
This sends reminders that pull inactive students back into a course. A Beam agent reads each learner's recent activity, and when someone stalls past the window you set, it sends the nudge your rule defines through your connected channel and notes it. Students who re-engage are recorded so they are not messaged again needlessly. When a learner keeps stalling despite nudges, or has an account issue behind the inactivity, the agent stops automatic messaging and passes the case to a person, since chasing the wrong problem annoys students rather than helping them finish.
