On-brand drafting

This produces copy that follows your company voice inside Writer. A Beam agent takes an approved brief or trigger, such as a new product note, reads the source facts, and asks Writer to draft the piece against the style you configured. The draft is written back to your workflow with the inputs attached so editors see what informed it. The agent never invents figures the brief did not supply. Anything touching legal claims, pricing, or unreleased features is drafted but held for a person to approve, since on-brand wording still needs a human sign off before it ships to an audience.

Style guide enforcement

This measures text against the rules in your Writer style guide. When content enters the queue, the agent reads it, runs it through your guide, and flags tone, grammar, or banned term issues according to the settings you approved. Clear fixes within your rules are applied and logged, and the corrected version is saved back. Passages where the guide is ambiguous, or where a rewrite would shift meaning, are marked and routed to an editor rather than silently altered. This keeps mechanical corrections quick while leaving judgment about voice and intent with the people who own the brand.

Terminology consistency

This holds product names, spellings, and approved phrases uniform across pieces. A Beam agent reads each draft, compares terms against your Writer term base, and updates mismatches that map cleanly to an approved entry. It records every substitution so writers can see exactly what changed. When a term has no clear replacement, or a new phrase appears that is not in the term base, the agent leaves it in place and notifies an owner to decide whether to add or reject it. Deciding what enters the shared vocabulary stays a human call, never an automatic one the agent makes alone.
