Store locator listings

This is the directory of shops and product points shown on your WordPress map. A Beam agent watches your store data source, reads new or edited locations, and applies the formatting and category rules you approved before writing each marker into WP Maps. When an address fails to resolve or a store closes, the agent updates the listing status and notes it in your log. Coordinates that look wrong, duplicate entries, or places the geocoder cannot find are left flagged and routed to a person, since a misplaced pin misleads visitors far more than a missing one ever would.

Marker geocoding

This turns a street address into the latitude and longitude a marker needs. When a location arrives without coordinates, the agent reads the address, runs it through the geocoder your account allows, and writes the result back to the WP Maps entry using your accuracy rule. Confident matches are saved and the marker goes live. Addresses that return several candidates, sit far from the expected region, or come back empty are held and passed to a person to place by hand, because the agent will not guess a pin location it has no way to confirm.

Location category filters

This groups map markers so visitors can filter by product line, region, or store type. A Beam agent reads the tags on each incoming location, applies the taxonomy you set, and updates the filter assignment in WP Maps whenever a store changes what it stocks. New categories that do not match your existing scheme are recorded but never created on their own. When a location could belong to several groups or carries conflicting tags, the agent leaves it unfiled and routes the decision to a person, so your filters stay meaningful rather than cluttered with near duplicate buckets.
