Settle Pix charges inside Woovi, reading transaction records and writing payment status back, automating billing work like clearing cashback owed to shoppers.
Pix charge collection
Woovi generates Pix charges so customers can pay instantly by scanning a code or copying a key. When an order needs payment, a Beam agent reads the order amount and customer details, applies your rule for expiry windows and reference codes, and creates the charge through the connector. It writes the charge status back onto the order as paid, pending, or expired. Payments that arrive for the wrong amount, or charges that stay unpaid past your cutoff, are routed to a finance person who decides whether to reissue, refund, or follow up with the buyer.
Cashback rewards
Woovi returns a portion of a purchase to the shopper as cashback to encourage repeat buying. A Beam agent reads each completed payment, applies your approved cashback rate and eligibility rule, and writes the earned amount onto the customer's balance record. It posts a summary so the finance team can see what was granted over a period. Purchases outside the usual pattern, like an unusually large order or a customer who suddenly qualifies for far more than normal, are held for a person to approve before the cashback is credited.
Pix Parcelado installments
Pix Parcelado lets a buyer split one Pix purchase into scheduled installments. A Beam agent reads the plan a customer selected, applies your rule for how many installments and which due dates are allowed, and writes each scheduled payment onto the order record. As installments clear, it revises the remaining balance and notes anything overdue. Buyers who miss a payment, or who request a plan longer than your policy permits, are routed to a finance person, who decides whether to adjust the schedule, waive a step, or pause the arrangement.
