Warm up cold outreach through Woodpecker.co, reading prospect records and writing reply status back, automating follow-up work like pausing sequences when someone responds.
Cold email sequences
Woodpecker sends a planned series of emails to each prospect until they reply or the steps run out. When a new contact lands in a campaign, a Beam agent reads their details and enrollment status, then applies your approved rule about which sequence fits their segment and when the next step should go out. It writes the enrollment and step timing back so the campaign stays on schedule. Prospects who match more than one campaign, or whose data looks incomplete, are handed to a rep who decides where they belong before any message leaves.
Reply detection
Every response to a sequence needs to stop further automated steps so nobody gets a follow-up after they have already answered. A Beam agent reads incoming replies against the active campaign, applies your rule for what counts as a genuine response versus an auto-reply, and writes a paused status onto the prospect record. Interested replies get tagged for a salesperson to pick up. Anything unclear, like a vague one-line answer or an out-of-office that hints at a later date, is routed to a person who decides whether to resume or close the thread.
Sending limits and deliverability
Woodpecker throttles how many emails leave each mailbox so sending stays within safe daily limits. A Beam agent watches queued volume and warm-up status, reads the limits your team set per inbox, and holds or releases messages so no account exceeds its cap. It writes the adjusted schedule back and notes which contacts were deferred. When bounces or spam signals climb past your threshold on a given mailbox, the agent pauses that inbox and routes the situation to a person, since a sudden spike usually means a domain or list problem worth checking.
