When a new contact appears, a Beam agent reads the submitted fields, applies your rule for tagging and ownership, and updates the contact so the right person can follow up. It writes a short note about the source. Standard leads are filed automatically. Contacts with missing details, spam signals, or high-value indicators are set aside for a person. Someone reviews those before the agent assigns a lead or triggers any follow-up sequence against a real customer record.
