Order dispatch

Wildberries generates orders as customers buy from your marketplace storefront. When a new order appears, a Beam agent reads the line items, checks stock and warehouse availability, and applies your fulfillment rule to mark the order for dispatch. It updates the order status and writes shipment details back where the connector allows it. Straightforward orders advance on their own. Orders with stock shortfalls, address problems, or flagged payment states are handed to a person. Your team decides how to resolve those before the agent moves anything toward shipping and confirms the customer's dispatch.

Listing updates

Your Wildberries catalog holds product cards with prices, descriptions, and attributes. When a source price or detail changes, a Beam agent reads the affected listing, applies your approved rule for pricing bands or content, and updates the card accordingly. It records what changed for later reference. Routine edits within your rules go through directly. Changes that breach a price floor, alter a regulated attribute, or affect a bestselling item are routed to staff for sign-off. A person approves those before the agent publishes any update to the live product card on the marketplace.

Stock levels

Wildberries tracks inventory that must stay aligned with your real availability. On a schedule or when a threshold is crossed, a Beam agent reads current stock counts, compares them against your source of truth, and applies your rule to adjust quantities or mark items out of stock. It writes the corrected levels back to the marketplace. Normal adjustments happen automatically. Large discrepancies, suspected miscounts, or items near a stockout are flagged for a person. Someone confirms the true count before the agent changes availability on a high-volume product line.
