Import Widgetform submissions as they arrive, reading each field to file responses, tag leads, and pass odd entries to staff.
Submission handling
Widgetform collects entries from forms embedded on your website. When a visitor completes a form, a Beam agent reads the submitted fields, applies your rule for where that response belongs, and files it into the right destination such as a CRM record or task. It writes a short summary and the source form back for reference. Complete, well-formed submissions move through untouched. Entries with missing required fields, garbled data, or signs of spam are set aside for a person. Your team reviews those before the agent files anything against a real contact or deal.
Lead qualification
Many Widgetform submissions are inbound leads. As each entry lands, a Beam agent reads the answers, compares them against your qualification rule for role, budget, or intent, and tags the lead accordingly. Qualified entries get assigned to an owner with a follow-up note, while low-fit ones are marked and parked. The agent writes its reasoning back so people can see why a lead was scored a certain way. Borderline cases, like a strong title paired with a personal email, go to a human. Someone confirms the fit before the lead is pushed into active outreach.
Field validation
Website forms often carry typos, invalid emails, or inconsistent formatting. When a Widgetform submission arrives, a Beam agent reads each value and applies your validation rule to normalize phone numbers, check email patterns, and flag impossible entries. It corrects clear formatting issues and writes the cleaned values back where permissions allow it. Submissions that fail validation in ways the agent cannot safely fix, such as a blank company on a sales form, are routed to staff. A person decides whether to request a correction or discard the entry entirely.
