A Beam agent watches that queue, reads the incoming source segments, and applies your rule to route them for machine translation or hold them for a human linguist based on the page and language. When a segment includes a product name, legal wording, or terms your glossary marks as sensitive, the agent routes it to a person for translation rather than accepting the automatic version, so meaning stays intact where it matters most.

Translation editing

Every translated segment can be edited and approved, giving you a record of the exact wording shown to visitors in each language. A Beam agent reads pending segments, applies your approved terminology rule, and files clean translations back into the project while marking which ones still need human sign off. If a machine result diverges sharply from your glossary, or a segment fails a length or formatting check for its placement, the agent holds it and notifies a reviewer instead of publishing wording that could read wrong on the live page.

Language switching on site

Visitors pick their language and the matching translated version loads, with each language served under its own path for search engines. A Beam agent reads which languages are active and their translation coverage, applies your rule, and notifies the owner when a language falls below the completeness you require after a content change. When coverage gaps affect key pages, or a newly added language has no reviewed content yet, the agent escalates to a person before that language is exposed to visitors.
