Replay WebinarKit funnel sessions and attendee records, automating webinar work like tagging viewers who watched to the offer.
Automated funnels
WebinarKit plays recorded webinars on a schedule or just-in-time, capturing each registrant along the way. When someone enters a funnel, a Beam agent reads the registration, writes the contact to your CRM, and tags the funnel and session they picked. It queues the confirmation and reminder steps your rules set. Sign-ups with an invalid email, an obvious duplicate, or a bot-like pattern are held for a person to clear, so the funnel's numbers and the reminder sequence stay clean before anyone is messaged.
Viewer engagement
WebinarKit records how each viewer behaves: when they joined, how long they watched, and whether they reached the offer. A Beam agent reads this engagement data, applies your rules, and tags contacts by how far they got. It moves watched-to-offer viewers into a sales path and writes their score onto the record. Viewers with mixed signals, such as a long watch time but an early drop before the pitch, are flagged for a rep to judge, since automated scoring alone can misread who is actually ready to talk.
Replay scheduling
WebinarKit offers replays and just-in-time sessions so late registrants still attend. A Beam agent reads who missed a live slot, applies your rule for replay eligibility, and sends the approved replay link with the next available time. It notes on each contact which replay was offered and whether they watched. Registrants in a different time zone, or those who already saw the replay, are handled separately: the agent routes edge cases to your events team rather than sending a link that would land at an odd hour or repeat.
