Kiosk waiver intake

WaiverForever runs waiver signing on tablets and kiosks, saving each signed form with the guest's details. When someone finishes a waiver at your counter, a Beam agent reads the record and files it against the matching visit or customer profile. It copies name, date, and contact into your system and marks the guest as signed for the day. Forms left half-finished at the kiosk, signatures that fail to save, or entries with no matching booking are passed to staff, who sort the record out before the guest starts the activity.

Document storage and tagging

Every signed WaiverForever waiver is kept as a stored document with searchable fields. A Beam agent reads new files as they land, applies your naming and folder rules, and tags each by event, location, and signer. It writes a reference back to the customer record so the waiver is one click away later. Documents that arrive without a readable name, land in the wrong event, or duplicate an existing signed form are queued for a records clerk, who corrects the filing before the waiver counts toward your compliance archive.

Signer lookup

WaiverForever holds a searchable history of who signed and when. A Beam agent answers lookups by reading that history: pulling a guest's most recent waiver, checking whether a signed form exists before an activity, and noting gaps on the booking. On a set schedule it lists visitors due to sign again and messages them ahead of time. Requests where two profiles could match the same signer, or where the history looks incomplete, are handed to staff to confirm identity before anything is shared or cleared.
