Email address lookup

This finds a work email for a named person at a company. A Beam agent sends the name and domain to VoilaNorbert, reads the result and its confidence, and applies your rule on which scores to accept. Accepted addresses are written to the matching contact or prospect record. Low-confidence or empty results can prompt a retry within your limits. Addresses below your confidence bar, or people the tool cannot resolve, are set aside for a person to research rather than saved as if they were solid contacts.

Bulk list enrichment

This fills in emails across a whole list at once. A Beam agent reads a list of names and companies, runs each through VoilaNorbert, and writes back the addresses that clear your confidence rule, updating the record with the source and score. Rows that come back empty are marked so they are not retried endlessly. Progress is recorded as the batch runs. When a large share of a list fails, or results look inconsistent, the agent pauses and alerts a person instead of burning credits on a bad list.

Deliverability checks

This tests whether a found address is likely to accept mail. A Beam agent reads the verification signal VoilaNorbert returns for an address, applies your rule on which statuses are safe to use, and updates the contact as usable, risky, or invalid. Invalid addresses can be removed from an active send list automatically. The check result is written to the record for later. Addresses that come back uncertain, neither clearly valid nor invalid, are routed to a person to decide before they are added to a campaign.
