Meeting transcription

This turns spoken meetings into searchable text. A Beam agent reads the transcript Vivomeetings produces after a session, attaches it to the right meeting record, and applies your rules to pull out decisions or action items. Those items can become tasks assigned to owners, and a summary can be written where your team keeps notes. Everything is linked back to the recording. When the transcript is garbled, speakers are unlabeled, or an action item is ambiguous, the agent leaves it for a person to confirm before any task is created.

Recording management

This organizes the video and audio Vivomeetings captures. A Beam agent reads new recordings, files each against the correct meeting, account, or project using your rules, and updates access or retention settings where the connector allows. Titles and tags can be normalized so recordings stay findable. A link can be shared with the attendees your rule names. Recordings that cannot be matched to a meeting, or that may hold sensitive content flagged by your policy, are routed to a person before they are shared or deleted.

Webinar registration

This handles sign-ups for Vivomeetings webinar sessions. A Beam agent reads new registrations, adds each attendee to the session record, and applies your rules to confirm them, send joining details, or add them to a follow-up list. Duplicate sign-ups can be merged and capacity limits respected. Attendance can be written back to each record after the event for the marketing team. Registrations that fail a check you defined, such as a blocked domain or a session that is already full, are handed to a person to approve or decline manually.
