Call record capture

This preserves the details of each business call. A Beam agent reads call metadata from Vitel Phone, who called, when, how long, and the outcome where available, and files it against the matching contact or account. Using your rules, it can update a contact after a completed call or open a follow-up task from a missed one. The record is written where your team expects to find it. Calls it cannot tie to a known contact, or numbers that look new, are flagged for a person to identify before anything is created.

Contact directory sync

This keeps the phone system's contacts aligned with your records. A Beam agent reads directory entries in Vitel Phone, compares them to your source of truth, and updates names, numbers, or extensions when your rule says the source wins. New entries can be added and stale ones marked for removal. Every change is written back with a note on why. Conflicts where two systems disagree on the same person, or bulk changes above a size you set, are routed to a person so a mistake does not propagate across the directory.

Voicemail handling

This deals with messages left when nobody answers. A Beam agent detects a new voicemail in Vitel Phone, reads any transcript the system provides, and applies your rule to decide next steps: recording the message on the contact, opening a callback task, or notifying the owner. Urgent keywords can raise the priority. The message and its disposition are written to the right record. When a transcript is unclear, or the caller cannot be matched to an account, the agent routes the voicemail to a person to listen and decide what to do.
