AI call handling

Vida answers business calls with a voice agent that follows your script. When a call comes in, a Beam agent supplies the caller's known record as context, reads what Vida captures during the conversation, and applies your rule to act on the outcome, such as booking a slot or opening a ticket. It writes the result onto the customer record. Calls where the caller asks for something outside the script, or grows frustrated, are routed to a human, with the transcript so far attached so the person can pick up cleanly.

Call outcome logging

Every handled call produces a result worth recording. After Vida finishes, a Beam agent reads the transcript and disposition, applies your rule to map it onto your own categories, and updates the matching record with what happened and any next step. It attaches the recording or summary where permissions allow it. Calls whose outcome is unclear, or where the agent detects a request it cannot categorize confidently, are passed to a person, who sets the correct disposition so reporting stays accurate rather than filling up with a vague catch-all label on the record.

Callback scheduling

When a call cannot be resolved live, a follow-up gets arranged. A Beam agent reads the caller's request and availability that Vida gathered, applies your rule against your team's calendar, and books the callback on the right person's schedule. It confirms the slot back to the record and, where set up, texts the caller a reminder. Requests that clash with a full calendar, or callers asking for a specialist who is unavailable, are escalated to a person, who finds a workable time rather than promising a slot that does not exist.
