Cleanse email addresses through verifi.email, reading contact records and writing deliverability status back, automating list hygiene work like clearing risky addresses before a send.
Real-time address checks
This confirms whether an address can actually receive mail before you send. When a new lead enters your CRM, a Beam agent passes the address to verifi.email, reads the returned deliverability signal, and applies your approved rule: valid addresses stay active, undeliverable ones get marked and held back from the next campaign. The agent writes the status onto the contact record so marketers see it at a glance. Catch-all or role-based results that sit in a gray area go to a person, who decides whether to keep or drop them.
Bounce risk scoring
Each address carries a risk level based on syntax, domain health, and mailbox response. A Beam agent reads that score whenever your list is prepared for a send, then applies the threshold your team set: low-risk contacts proceed, high-risk ones are suppressed and tagged for cleanup. The agent notes the reason on each record and adds a summary line so you know how many were held. Borderline scores near your cutoff are routed to a marketer, who can override the suppression when a contact matters enough to warrant a manual send.
List cleaning before send
Before a campaign leaves the building, whole lists can be checked in one pass. Triggered by a scheduled prep step, a Beam agent runs each address through verifi.email, reads the results, and applies your rule to split the list into ready, hold, and remove buckets. It updates every contact record with the outcome and posts a count of what changed. Lists where the removal rate spikes past your normal range are flagged for a human, since a sudden jump often signals a broken import rather than genuinely bad data.
