Deal note enrichment

When a deal record gains new activity, a Beam agent passes the context to a Utopian Labs model and reads back the generated summary or next-step suggestion. It applies your rule for what to store, then writes the model's output to the deal notes and updates the stage or priority field where your process allows it. Straightforward deals get updated in place. When the model's confidence is low or its suggestion conflicts with a rep's recent note, the agent routes the deal to a human. A person decides whether to accept, edit, or discard the suggestion.

Prospect research runs

On a trigger you define, such as a new lead entering the pipeline, a Beam agent sends the account details to a Utopian Labs model and reads the research it returns. It applies your rule for qualifying fit, then writes findings and a fit score into the lead record for a rep to act on. Leads that clearly pass or fail update automatically. Where the model returns thin or contradictory research, or the account looks like an existing customer, the agent escalates to a person. Reps keep control over which prospects actually enter active outreach.

Reply drafting for reps

After a prospect replies, a Beam agent reads the thread and asks a Utopian Labs model for a draft response grounded in your messaging. It applies your approval rule: low-risk replies are saved to the record as a ready draft, while anything touching pricing, legal terms, or a complaint is held. The agent never sends on its own; it writes the draft and notifies the owning rep. Threads the model cannot interpret, or that mention churn signals, go straight to a human. Reps review every draft before it leaves, keeping the voice and commitments theirs.
