A Beam agent reads subscription status and, under your rules, grants or removes access as plans start, renew, or lapse, writing the change to the member's account. If a payment is disputed or a membership sits in an unclear state, the agent holds the change and notifies a person rather than locking out a paying viewer by mistake. Each access decision is logged, so the right members keep watching and edge cases reach a human who can settle them properly.

Subscriber Lifecycle Updates

Uscreen tracks members through trials, active plans, and cancellations. A Beam agent reads lifecycle events and acts on your rules: welcome new members, remind trials before they convert, and mark churned viewers for outreach, writing each update to their record. Failed renewals within an approved retry window are handled automatically, while repeated failures or refund requests are routed to a person. The agent records the full history, so creators see accurate member states and the sensitive money decisions stay with a human instead of the agent firing off the wrong message.

Video Catalog Organization

Uscreen holds a creator's videos, collections, and live events. A Beam agent reads new uploads and files them into the right collection by your tagging rules, updating titles, categories, and publish status so the catalog stays orderly. Content missing required metadata, or set to publish without a thumbnail, is held for a person to finish. The agent writes each change back and logs it, so viewers find well sorted programming while a human reviews anything that does not fit the rules cleanly and could confuse the library.
