Uploader Widget Intake

Uploadcare accepts files from your app, forms, and imports into hosted storage. A Beam agent watches for new uploads, reads each file's type, size, and metadata, and applies your approved rules: accept valid media, tag it, and file it into the right project. Oversized files, blocked formats, or anything failing a virus or content check get held and passed to a person, who decides whether to keep, replace, or reject the asset. The agent records the outcome so your library stays consistent without someone sorting every upload by hand, and only real exceptions ever land on a reviewer.

Image Processing Pipeline

Uploadcare resizes, crops, compresses, and reformats images through URL operations. When new artwork arrives, a Beam agent reads the source dimensions and generates the sizes your rules define, then stores the variants for delivery. If a request needs a format the account does not support, or an image falls below an approved quality threshold, the agent stops and notifies a designer instead of shipping a broken asset. Approved outputs get written back with predictable names, so downstream pages always reference the correct version and nobody edits files one at a time by hand.

CDN File Delivery

Every stored file gets a hosted URL served from Uploadcare's delivery network. A Beam agent reads which assets a campaign or page needs, confirms they exist, and returns the correct links, refreshing them when a source file changes. If an asset is missing, expired, or its permissions block access, the agent flags the gap and routes it to the owner rather than publishing a dead link. This keeps references accurate across your site while a human handles anything the connector and account permissions will not resolve on their own, and each fix is recorded.
