Multi-channel booking sync

Uplisting collects bookings from Airbnb and other channels in one place. A Beam agent reads each new reservation, applies your rules, and updates the guest and property records with dates, payout, and status where permissions allow it. Standard bookings are confirmed and filed automatically. Reservations with payment problems, overlapping dates, or special guest requests are held and passed to a property manager with the details attached. Routine confirmations run on their own, while anything that needs a judgment call about a stay reaches a person first.

Guest messaging

Uplisting sends messages to guests across the booking lifecycle. A Beam agent picks the right approved template for a check-in, reminder, or follow-up, fills in the stay details, and sends it when the trigger conditions are met, logging the message on the reservation. Questions from guests that fall outside the templates, or that involve refunds, complaints, or safety, are handed to a host or manager to answer. This keeps standard guest communication timely while conversations needing real judgment stay with a person who can respond properly.

Calendar and rate updates

Uplisting keeps availability and rates in step across channels. A Beam agent reads calendar and pricing changes, applies your rules, and updates availability, minimum stays, or rates on the linked listings where the connector allows it. Changes that would drop a rate below your floor, or open dates you have blocked, are held and flagged to a manager instead of pushed live. Routine calendar and price adjustments happen automatically, while anything that could cost revenue or double-book a property waits for a person to approve it.
