Subscriber list upkeep

Unisender holds your contact lists and their subscription state. A Beam agent reads incoming contact updates from connected sources, applies your matching rules, and writes new subscribers or field changes into the right list where permissions allow it. Contacts that already exist are updated rather than duplicated. Records with conflicting data, missing consent, or an unclear source are held and reported to a marketer, who confirms how to file them. Routine additions and corrections happen automatically, while anything touching consent or data quality waits for a person to decide.

Campaign send scheduling

Unisender sends email campaigns to selected segments. A Beam agent assembles the recipient list from your rules, checks send-time and frequency limits, and schedules the campaign once conditions are met, then logs the dispatch on the campaign record. Sends that exceed your volume cap, target a new segment, or use unapproved content are paused and passed to a marketer for sign-off. This keeps recurring newsletters and triggered mailings moving on schedule while larger or unusual sends stay under human approval before they ever reach subscribers.

Bounce and opt-out handling

After a send, Unisender reports bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes. A Beam agent reads these events and updates each contact's status according to your list-hygiene rules, suppressing hard bounces and honoring opt-outs across the relevant lists. When complaint rates climb above a threshold you set, or a domain bounces in bulk, the agent notifies the deliverability owner instead of continuing silently. People decide on sender or domain changes; the agent keeps the list clean and the status records accurate between those decisions and flags irregular patterns.
