Routine updates post on their own with the facts filled in. A message bound for a restricted channel, one that mentions many people at once, or content your policy marks as sensitive is held first. The agent asks a person to approve the wording before it appears in the thread.

Thread history reads

Twist keeps discussion in durable threads rather than a fast-moving feed. A Beam agent reads a thread to gather what was decided, then acts on your approved rule, for example noting an agreed action in a connected system. Clear threads with a plain outcome are handled automatically. When a thread ends without a decision, contains conflicting messages, or references something the agent cannot resolve, it does not guess. The agent summarizes what it read and routes the thread to a person, who confirms the intended outcome before any follow-up is recorded.

Status update summaries

On the schedule your team set, a Beam agent reads recent thread activity, assembles a summary against the format you approved, and posts it to the channel where permissions allow. Standard recaps are written and shared without help. A summary that would include a message marked private, spans an unusually large volume of activity, or touches a topic your rules escalate is paused. The agent shows the draft to a person, who approves or edits it before it reaches the channel.
