Cloud posture findings

Turbot Pipes surfaces configuration and security findings across connected cloud accounts. A Beam agent reads a new finding, checks its severity and resource against the rule your team set, and routes it to the group that owns that account. It records the finding on a tracking item and notifies the assignee with the detail. High-severity findings, or ones touching production, are escalated to a person straight away rather than queued. This keeps routine issues moving to the right owner while making sure anything that could take down a service gets human attention fast.

Query-based inventory

Turbot Pipes lets teams query cloud resources across accounts as structured data. A Beam agent runs the saved queries your team approved on a schedule, reads the results, and applies your rule to flag drift from the expected state. Resources that match a known-good pattern are logged; ones that deviate get an item opened for the owner. When a query returns far more changes than usual, or an unexpected empty result, the agent pauses and alerts a person instead of acting on possibly bad data, so inventory decisions rest on results a human trusts.

Remediation routing

Turbot Pipes can flag resources that fall out of policy for correction. A Beam agent reads a policy violation, confirms it against the remediation rule your team pre-approved, and opens or updates the work item that tracks the fix. It assigns the item to the owning team and records the policy that fired. Violations that would require changing a production resource, or that the agent cannot map to an approved fix, are routed to an engineer for a decision rather than actioned. The agent organizes and escalates the work; a person approves any change to live infrastructure.
