Vet phone and address records against Trestle, automating verification work like flagging mismatched or outdated contact details.
Phone number validation
Trestle checks whether a phone number is active, what line type it is, and who it is associated with. A Beam agent reads a phone number from a new lead or contact record, sends it to Trestle where account permissions allow, and applies your rule based on the result. Valid mobile numbers get marked reachable and passed on; disconnected or high-risk numbers are labeled and held. When Trestle returns an inconclusive result or the lookup errors, the agent leaves the record untouched and routes it to a person, so no contact is discarded on a shaky signal.
Address verification
Trestle confirms whether a postal address is real, deliverable, and current for a person. A Beam agent reads the address fields on a record at intake, submits them for verification within the permissions your account allows, and writes the standardized result back. Addresses that verify cleanly advance in the workflow; ones that fail or return a correction are flagged for review. When the returned address differs materially from what a customer entered, the agent does not overwrite it silently but routes the discrepancy to a human, keeping the person in control of any change to their details.
Reverse identity lookup
Trestle can return the name and contact details tied to a phone or address. A Beam agent uses this to enrich a thin record, reading the identifier already present and requesting the linked attributes that your policy permits. Confirmed matches are added to the record and noted as sourced from Trestle; low-confidence matches are held rather than merged. Any lookup touching sensitive or restricted data, or returning conflicting identities, is routed to a compliance reviewer, so decisions about attaching identity data to a person always rest with a human, not the agent.
