Text that is legally sensitive, heavy with idiom, or where the machine output reads as low confidence is routed to a person, who decides whether to order a human translation instead, so meaning is never lost on content that carries real consequences for the reader.

Human Translation Orders

For content that needs a person, Translate.com accepts human translation orders. A Beam agent places an order when your rule calls for it, for example on marketing copy or contracts, reads the status, and writes the finished text back to the record once it returns. The requester is notified when the order completes. Orders that come back with translator questions, that miss a deadline, or that concern material above a sensitivity level you set are handed to a reviewer, who handles the exchange, since these jobs need a human on both sides.

Glossary and Terminology Control

A glossary keeps agreed terms consistent across every translation, so a product or brand name is rendered the same way each time. A Beam agent applies the glossary as content is translated, reads back the result, and checks that required terms match your list before writing it to the record. Translations that ignore a glossary term or offer a conflicting one are flagged. New terms with no agreed translation, or clashes between two entries, are routed to a person, who sets the correct wording so the glossary stays trustworthy for the next job.
