It flags a client whose hours moved sharply from the prior period. Where an entry could belong to two clients, or a client has no matching project, the agent sets it aside for a person, so a summary sent onward reflects work that actually happened and lands on the right account.

Focus and balance reports

Timeular turns logged time into a view of how work is spread across a week. A Beam agent reads the breakdown, applies the thresholds your team set for meetings, deep work, or overtime, and updates a short report for the person or their lead. It notes weeks that run long. When the data is too thin to summarize, or an entry looks miscategorized in a way that skews the picture, the agent asks a person to review before the report is shared, so the read stays accurate.
