Automatic activity tracking

TimeCamp records which applications and websites a person uses and for how long. A Beam agent reads the day's captured activity, applies your rule to assign it to the right project, and updates the timesheet without anyone typing an entry. It notifies a user whose activity is too sparse to categorize. Sessions on unlisted sites, or activity a rule cannot map to any project, are set aside for a person to classify, so the recorded time reflects real work rather than a guess by the software.

Billable hours calculation

TimeCamp marks time as billable or internal based on the project it belongs to. A Beam agent reads each period's hours, applies your billing rate rule, and updates the billable total that feeds an invoice. It alerts the account owner when billable time drops below the expected level. Hours that sit on the line between billable and internal, or a project whose rate looks wrong, are routed to a person to decide before an invoice is drawn, so a client is charged the amount your team stands behind.

Project time reports

TimeCamp compiles logged hours into reports by project, client, and person. A Beam agent assembles the report your rule schedules, reads the underlying entries, and files the summary where stakeholders expect it. It highlights a project trending over its estimate. When entries behind a report look incomplete, or two people logged the same task, the agent notes the gap and asks a person to confirm the figures before the report circulates, so a planning or billing decision is not made on numbers that no one has checked.
