One-tap time capture

timeBuzzer records a time entry the moment someone starts a task, tagging it to a project. A Beam agent reads these entries as they close, applies your rule to assign any that arrived untagged, and updates the day's record so it is complete. It reminds a person whose entry is missing a project. Entries with no matching project, or ones that run far longer than a task should, are set aside for a human to label, so the hours a client is billed for hold up to scrutiny later.

Project time grouping

timeBuzzer sorts captured time under projects and clients. A Beam agent groups the week's entries by the categories your team defined, reads each one's tag, and updates the project totals used for billing. It notifies the lead when a project's hours jump beyond its usual range. Entries tagged to two projects at once, or hours that do not fit any active client, are held for a person to place correctly, so a summary does not attribute work to the wrong account and a client sees only their time.

Timesheet approval

timeBuzzer rolls entries into a timesheet each period. A Beam agent assembles the sheet, reads every entry against your approval rule, and marks the routine ones ready for sign-off. It shows the manager a short list of what changed and what still needs eyes. Timesheets with a gap in the day, an entry edited after submission, or totals that exceed contracted hours are flagged for a person to approve, so nothing questionable is passed to payroll without a manager seeing it first and signing off on the total.
