Booking page management

TidyCal exposes booking pages that let people pick an open slot. A Beam agent watches for a new booking, reads the invitee's answers and the chosen time, and writes the appointment to the linked calendar under your rule. It issues the confirmation and updates any waitlist. When two bookings collide, an invitee requests a time outside your hours, or the questionnaire flags a VIP, the agent holds the slot and asks a person to decide, so an important meeting is not lost to an automatic decline it should not have made.

Calendar sync checks

TidyCal keeps its availability in step with a connected calendar. A Beam agent checks that the two agree, reads each side's events, and corrects a stale slot where your rule permits it, such as closing a time that filled elsewhere. It records the correction and notes conflicts it could not resolve. Where the calendars disagree in a way that could double-book someone, or an event's owner is unclear, the agent stops and hands the discrepancy to a person, so availability shown to invitees stays trustworthy and current.

Appointment reminders

TidyCal ties reminders and follow-ups to each booking. A Beam agent reads upcoming appointments, applies your reminder rule, and updates the invitee record once a reminder goes out or a reschedule arrives. It cancels and reopens the slot when someone drops, keeping the page current. Reschedule requests that clash with another booking, or cancellations tied to a paid session, are routed to a person to handle, so refunds and priority meetings are decided by someone on the team rather than closed out automatically without a person taking a look first.
