A Beam agent watches for a new signup or a completed purchase, reads the buyer's details, and enrolls them in the course or bundle your rule specifies. It then writes a confirmation and updates the roster so instructors see who joined. When a payment shows as partial, a name looks like a duplicate account, or the requested course does not match the purchase, the agent leaves the record untouched and passes it to a coordinator with the mismatch noted for review.

Course completion tracking

Every lesson and quiz in Thinkific reports whether a learner finished it. A Beam agent examines completion data on a schedule, compares it against the threshold your team approved, and marks learners who met it as eligible for a certificate or the next module. It records the status change and notifies the instructor of stragglers who fell behind. Learners with an unusual pattern, such as a quiz reopened many times or progress that resets, are flagged for a human to inspect rather than advanced automatically without a look.

Membership access

Thinkific memberships gate content behind an active subscription. A Beam agent responds when a membership renews, lapses, or is refunded, reads the member's current tier, and applies your access rule by granting or removing the matching courses. It updates the member record and posts a short notice of what changed. When a chargeback appears, a member disputes access, or the tier and payment history disagree, the agent holds the change and routes the case to a person on the team with the conflicting details attached for a decision.
