A Beam agent picks the approved template for a given trigger, reads the record to fill names and details, and assembles a ready-to-send piece. Standard, well-mapped cases proceed on their own. Where personalization data is missing, or the message would carry an offer or claim, the agent routes the piece to a human before printing. This lets recurring mailers go out consistently while keeping a person in the loop for anything that changes the wording or the offer made.
