Produce banners, graphics, and PDFs from Templated templates, reading record data and writing each rendered file back to its source.
Template-driven image rendering
Triggered by a new row or event, the agent reads the supplied values, applies your template mapping, and calls Templated to render an image with those fields filled in. It writes the resulting file back to the record and notifies the requester the asset is ready. Renders where required fields are missing, text overflows the layout, or an image link is broken are not shipped: the agent flags the item to a designer, who fixes the input or adjusts the template before the asset is used publicly.
PDF document generation
When a document is requested, the agent reads the source data, applies your approved template, and generates a PDF through Templated, then attaches the file to the originating record and notifies whoever asked. It can name and file the output using your rules so documents stay findable later. Requests missing required content, or those tied to contracts and legally sensitive wording, are routed to a person for a check first, since a human should confirm the final language before a formal PDF goes out to a customer.
Bulk asset production from data
Given a list of records, the agent reads each row, applies the template mapping, and produces a batch of visuals or PDFs through Templated, writing every output back to its source row and reporting a summary when the run finishes. Rows that fail validation, exceed size limits, or reference missing images are collected separately: rather than guess, the agent notifies the owner with the failed rows listed, so a person corrects the data and decides whether to rerun just those items or the whole batch.
