Candidate pipeline movement

As applicants act on a job, the agent reads their current stage, answers to screening questions, and any evaluation notes, then applies your qualification rules to move fitting candidates to the next stage in Recruitee. It updates stage, tags, and disqualification reasons, and notifies the hiring team when someone reaches an interview step. Borderline profiles, or any rejection decision, stay with a recruiter: the agent leaves the candidate in place and posts a short summary so a person makes the call on advancing or declining them.

Interview scheduling coordination

When a candidate reaches an interview stage, the agent reads the assigned interviewers and the role, checks calendar availability through the connected calendar, and proposes times that fit everyone. Once a slot is confirmed, it writes the event, updates the candidate stage, and notifies both sides. Reschedules involving senior panels, travel, or multiple time zones are handed to a coordinator, since those trade-offs need judgment; the agent supplies the availability it found so the human can finalize the arrangement quickly and without guesswork on their side.

Applicant evaluation notes

After an interview, the agent reads submitted scorecards and evaluation notes, then applies your rubric to tally ratings and update the candidate record with an aggregate. It can prompt interviewers who have not filed feedback and notify the recruiter when all evaluations are in. Hiring and rejection decisions themselves are never made by the agent: once the summary is compiled, it routes the candidate to the hiring manager, who weighs the notes and decides whether the person moves forward, so accountability for the outcome stays firmly with a human.
