Teamioo keeps a record of members, their roles, and the teams they sit in. A Beam agent opens entries for new joiners, sets their team and access by the rule your admins approved, and updates records when someone changes role. Departures close out cleanly. When a role request lacks approval, a person could sit in conflicting teams, or details do not match HR records, the agent pauses and routes the case to an admin, who confirms the placement before any access or membership is set.

Task and project coordination

Work in Teamioo groups into projects with tasks spread across members. An agent reads incoming work, assigns tasks by skill and load under the rule your team set, and updates status as people finish. It links related items so context stays together. When a task has no clear owner, a project pulls in members from teams that should not mix, or priorities clash, the agent does not decide alone; it surfaces the conflict to a project lead, who sets direction before the assignments are saved.

Collaboration updates

Teamioo carries the comments, mentions, and shared updates a team runs on. A Beam agent reads new activity, replies to routine questions using the answers your team approved, and notifies the right member when a mention needs action. Digests roll up quiet threads. Where a question falls outside the approved answers, a mention touches something sensitive, or a thread turns into a dispute, the agent steps back and passes it to a human, who handles the reply before anything is posted on the team's behalf.
