Shared 2FA code delivery

Team SMS collects one-time codes texted to a shared number so more than one teammate can use an account. When a code lands, a Beam agent reads it, matches it to the login attempt in progress, and passes it to the teammate who requested access, following the access rule your team set. Delivery happens within seconds so codes stay valid. If two people request at once, or a code arrives with no matching request, the agent withholds it and alerts an admin to sort out who should receive it.

Code routing to teammates

Different services send codes to the same inbox, so routing matters. An agent reads the sender and message body, decides which service the code belongs to, and forwards it only to the person cleared for that account under your permission list. It records who received each code for later review. When a message cannot be tied to a known service, or the requester lacks permission for that account, the agent does not forward it and sends the case to an admin to confirm access first.

Login verification alerts

Beyond passing codes, Team SMS shows when verification traffic spikes. A Beam agent watches the incoming stream, notes unusual volume against the baseline your team set, and alerts security when codes arrive for an account nobody reported signing into. Normal patterns pass without noise. Any sign of a code requested that no teammate initiated, or repeated codes for one account in a short window, gets escalated to a person immediately, since that may point to an account someone else is trying to enter.
