An agent reads attendance marked by teachers, updates running totals, and notifies guardians when absences pass the threshold your school approved. Patterns like repeated lateness get summarised for the class coordinator. Where attendance is missing for a session, or a mark conflicts with a leave request already on file, the agent does not assume; it sends the discrepancy to office staff so a person can correct the record before any guardian message goes out.

Tuition invoicing

Fees in Teach 'n Go tie to a student's enrolled classes and term, so every charge traces back to a real place. A Beam agent raises invoices on the billing date, applies the discounts or sibling rules your school approved, and records payments as they clear against each family account. It reminds families when a due date nears and notes what stays outstanding. Any invoice with an unusual amount, a disputed charge, or a payment that does not match an expected fee gets held and passed to the bursar, who checks the figures before the agent sends or closes the invoice.
