Tally SurveyMonkey responses and their survey records, automating feedback work like routing new submissions and grouping answers by theme.
Response Routing
Each new SurveyMonkey submission triggers the agent to read the answers and, following your rule, send it where it belongs: a low score to the support queue, a sales signal to the account owner, a bug report to the product board. It writes a reference back on the response so the trail holds. A submission that mixes signals, names a specific person, or raises something legal or safety-related is escalated to a human with the full answers, so a person handles the ones where a wrong route does real harm.
Theme Grouping for Open Text
Free-text answers pile up fast. On a trigger you set, the agent reads open-ended SurveyMonkey responses and, using your categories, tags each comment by the theme it raises, then updates a summary so the team sees what people actually said. A comment that fits no category, carries strong sentiment, or names an individual is set aside for a person to read, so a sensitive remark is not flattened into a bucket and a real complaint is not lost among routine feedback the rule handled cleanly.
Score and Alert Thresholds
For surveys carrying a score, satisfaction, effort, likelihood to recommend, the agent reads each response as it lands and checks the number against your thresholds. A rating that crosses a line updates the tracking record and alerts the owner while the feedback is fresh. A sharp drop against the recent trend, a detractor from a major account, or a run of low scores in a short window is raised to a person with the responses attached, so someone acts on a warning sign rather than waiting for the monthly roll-up to show it.
